Forum's Level Path Ministry is designed to help children with special needs participate in the Sunday morning gathering. If you have a child(s) with special needs, please fill out the form below.
What to Expect
Sundays 8:30 & 11:30 AM
Small group programming for infant thru fifth grade is offered during the 8:30 and 11:30 AM services. You will need to check-in your child before service starts and can do so at one of our kiosks. Enter the lobby doors and follow signs to the left.

We love to have fun and create special memories for kids and families so we have a variety of events that take place throughout the year!
