what to expect

Small group programming for infant through fifth grade is offered during the 8:30 and 11:30 AM services. You will need to check-in your child before service starts and can do so at one of our kiosks. Enter the lobby doors and follow signs to the left.

SUMMER CAMPS

Participating in summer camps is a great way for your child to strengthen their faith, make new friendships, and HAVE FUN! To learn more about the camps Forum will be attending in 2026 click the button below.

Child Dedications

Three times a year Forum KIDS host Child Dedication events. Dedication is something the Christian community has practiced for thousands of years and is a ceremony for parents to commit to being the spiritual leaders of their child(ren) as well as an opportunity to present their child(ren) to God.

This event is for any child that has not been dedicated before. Age does not matter. You are welcome to dedicate more than one child at this event. Sign up using the button below to join in. The upcoming dates are June 20 & October 3.

LEVEL PATH MINISTRY

Forum's Level Path Ministry is designed to help children with special needs participate in the Sunday morning gathering, because every child deserves to know & learn about Jesus. The goal is to provide a resource to families whose children require additional support in order to be included. If you have a child(s) with special needs, please fill out the form below.
