Forum's Level Path Ministry is designed to help children with special needs participate in the Sunday morning gathering. If you have a child(s) with special needs, please fill out the form below.

Sunday Mornings

We meet in the Family Life Center at 11:30 AM on Sundays for a time of connection, digging into God's Word, worship, and focused discussion. Our goal is to develop and equip students to become lifelong followers of Jesus.

Mid-Week Life Groups

Life groups meet in host homes to enjoy fellowship, fun, and bible study. The groups are grade and gender specific. If you are interested or would like more information please feel free to contact Justin O’Dell directly.

Events

We love to have fun together outside of our weekly gatherings. From summer camp, to cage-match dodgeball, to movie nights, and more— you won’t want to miss out!
