Our hope at Forum is that we can intentionally connect with everyone who enters our doors, in our larger pursuit to connect them to Jesus. One of the ways you can help us in this mission, is by filling out a Plan a Visit form for your first Sunday with us. After filling out the form our Connections Minister, Ben Strode, will reach out to you and provide you with more details about what to expect during your visit. In summary during your visit you will walk through our lobby doors, be greeted by one of our hosts who can answer any questions you might have, be given a tour of our building, and receive a gift for joining us. The form closes every Saturday at 7:00 PM to ensure you get the best experience! 
Starting Point
Whether it is your first time at Forum or you’ve been attending for years, the Starting Point is the place to get connected. Our volunteers would love to connect with you and answer any questions you might have. Make sure you fill out a Connect Card and drop it off at the Starting Point before you leave!Service Details
Everyone is welcome to gather with us every Sunday morning at 8:30, 10:00 or 11:30 AM. KIDS Programming is available during 8:30 & 11:30 AM and Middle School Service during the 11:30 AM service. The environment at Forum is friendly and a relaxed "come as you are" style. Our services consist of singing, communion, prayer, and teaching from the Bible. Everything we do centers on Jesus. 
Sunday Morning Classes
We offer a variety of Bible classes during each of our services on Sunday morning. This is a great way to meet others and go deeper in your Biblical knowledge.Kids
Small group programming for infant through 5th grade is offered during the 8:30 and 11:30 AM services. You will need to check-in your child before service starts. Enter the lobby doors and follow signs to the left. Download the NEXTGEN App.
Students
Middle School Service is during the 11:30 AM service in the Family Life Center, and also meet throughout the week in Life Groups. High School students serve throughout the morning on Sundays, and meet Sunday 5:30-7:00 PM & Wednesday evenings at 6:30-9:00 PM.
